Children love to create! Knot Awl Beads offers children the opportunity to explore jewelry making in a creative and friendly atmosphere. Each child goes home with something made by their own hands for either themselves or as a gift for someone else.
The host family is welcome to bring food and beverages. (Knot Awl Beads has a microwave & a refrigerator). Counter space is available for the food and/or gifts. At least one parent must stay to assist and supervise. Please bring paper plates, cups, disposable silverware, and any decorations, etc. A Bead Bash lasts 1 ½ - 2 hours. Participants will make a memory wire bracelet or necklace or both. We provide the space, staff, beads, bead supplies tools and clean up. Each guest leaves with a party favor. There is a $25 nonrefundable reservation fee to schedule and hold the date for you. For after hour parties there is a $35 nonrefundable reservation fee. Minimum 4 children maximum 10 children. Do you want to make jewelry for less or maybe even for free? Host a jewelry making party – no matter the occasion birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, prom, or just a girl’s night out! As a host, you will earn 10% of the evenings' party sales in free jewelry/beads. (ex. If the evening party sales are $200 you would get $20 off your bill.) We will provide the invitations and you invite your friends. Knot Awl Beads will supply the beading wire, crimps, soda and light snacks. You can bring in your favorite snack, wine &/or beer & your favorite music (all participants must be 21 or older for alcohol to be present). Party Fee: We hold parties during our normal business hours which require a $25 nonrefundable reservation fee to schedule and hold the date with the final payment due on the day of the party. For after hour parties or parties held on Sunday or Monday there is a $35 nonrefundable reservation fee to schedule and hold the date.
Parties are 2 hours but if more time is needed just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pay for the beads and findings you choose, subject to a minimum of $20 per person (even for those who don’t want to bead.) Cost for each piece will vary depending on design and choice of beads & findings. Each participant's cost can be calculated and charged individually. Minimum guests 4 maximum 12 (Kid Bead Bash Maximum 10) *Reminder: Food, adult beverages, paper ware and decorations (if desired) are your responsibility! * Party fee includes cost of labor for ONE piece per person assembled.
