To hold your spot payment must be made in full – 2 weeks prior to the date of class.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy: Classes have limited attendance; this is to enhance your learning experience. We value your time and our own. Class space is reserved upon receipt of full payment. Payment of the class fee is required by all persons attending the class. Please choose your classes carefully. There are no refunds, unless the class is canceled by Knot Awl Beads. If this should happen, you will be notified at the phone number you provided, and you will have a choice of a refund or store credit in the form of a gift card. If you need to cancel, please be aware: All classes require a 7 day cancellation notice. If sufficient notice is given, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Less than a 7 day notice will result in forfeiture of 50% of the class fee and the balance will be issued in the form of a gift
card. Failure to notify will result in a forfeiture of entire class fee.

Safety info: Metal clay has been certified by an independent testing facility to be safe in any phase of it use and to conform to ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standard D4236. It is safe to handle and is certified by each manufacturer to cause no risk to adults, children or pets.
